Send a copy of the notice to our office — either online, fax or email.

Note the estimated duration.

Are there any additional services such as videographer, interpreter or the special skills of our realtime reporters required?

Is this a job that only one of our seasoned reporters should attend?

Will you need the transcript delivered electronically?  And if so, what format?

Don’t forget special delivery requirements!

Remember, we will confirm the day prior to your scheduled deposition, but if anything changes in the interim, please update us so we can make those necessary changes.
