Welcome to our blog, All Good Reporters’ newest website page, where we share important and informative postings on the latest news, events and developments in the legal, court reporter, real-time CART (Communication Access Real-time Translation) for the hard-of-hearing and hearing impaired and broadcast captioning professions.

The chart below gives you an overview of how our blog page will be divided into main titles, starting with Court Reporter Profession, and subtitles, ending with ARE YOU SERIOUS?!! Let’s face it, we can’t always be serious. It doesn’t hurt to find the humor in the most unlikely of places. For example, in a monotonous federal trial years ago, the question was asked of the witness: Q. Do you remember what you said to your wife on your wedding day? Without missing a beat, the witness replied: A. I do. Upon which, the whole courtroom burst into laughter!

Looking at the chart, you can see how these titles and subtitles are interrelated. These headings are subject to change, depending on their relevancy to current events and the feedback we receive from you, our readers. So let’s get started!

Being a court reporting agency, Court Reporter Profession
is our main heading from which we build on from all other headings.

This is followed closely by the CART & Captioning Industry
heading, a subject near and dear to our hearts. It is a privilege and
an honor to facilitate equal access for hearing impaired & disabled individuals.

We are not lawyers, but we work very closely with judges, lawyers & paralegals in the Legal Profession.

And finally, we’ll look for news pertinent to the headings above from the National, State and Local levels, ending with a lighter
look at things with our ARE YOU SERIOUS?!! heading.
